Jesus Appears to Mary Magdalene (B) 1924

The first light depicts Jesus after his resurrection from the dead. In the second light Mary Magdalene kneels in amazement before the risen Christ. In the background a town is visible high up in the cliffs. A group of noblewomen in gold and silver cloaks are depicted with their maid walking along the cobblestones.
