Harry Clarke (1889-1931) created spectacular stained-glass windows for churches and private patrons in Ireland, England, the United States and Australia. Born in Dublin, Clarke developed a unique style and technique in stained glass that combined deep rich colours with beautiful, elongated figures that exuded poise and grace. His deep blues and ruby reds became the hallmark of his work.

REVIEWS
This is a beautiful documentary movie commemorating the work and life of the enigmatic, innovative, and talented Harry Clarke. ‘A Revel in Blue’ is a fitting tribute to one of the 20th century’s true geniuses.
Garrett O’Grady (Abbey Stained Glass, Dublin 8).

There was extensive input from various people such as historians and researchers that was tied together by interviews with his [Clarke’s] relatives. Harry Clarke’s windows looked more amazing than ever, and personally I felt that the photography opened up a wealth of detail that would not normally be available to the gazing eye at ground level.
Emma Wyse (Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross , Dublin 6).
